About me

About Me

Throughout my life journey, I have been guided by a deep belief in the unity — the inseparability — of the soul, mind, and body.

I began exploring the connection between emotions and the body during my university studies, and later deepened this focus through a six-year training in Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy. Since completing that training in 2013, I have been offering psychological counseling and psychotherapy, where I enjoy integrating principles and interventions from body psychotherapy.

In 2023, I completed another four-year training in body-oriented therapy and continue to develop and expand my psychotherapeutic skills.

From personal experience, I know how powerful body psychotherapy can be — how deeply it can support self-discovery and self-development, healing of the soul, finding inner resources, and living a more conscious and fulfilling life.

From a slightly different perspective on the unity of body, mind, and soul, yoga has completely won me over. It has been a part of my life for nearly 25 years. From 2017, I taught yoga in both group and individual settings. Today, I primarily integrate yoga as a supportive element within therapeutic sessions with clients.

I’m grateful that my life path, values, passion, and hobby are also my profession. It gives my life deeper meaning, joy, and purpose.

I am also a mother of two children, and life with them is even more loving and beautifully diverse. ♥

Outside of my private practice, I collaborate with Aperio – Association for Healthy Parenting. Since 2019, I have been providing psychological counseling for participants in their courses.
